docs(readme): CI 介绍句补 deploy step,与 DEPLOY_PATH bullet 对齐

跟 gitea-mcp 52c46e7 同步:介绍句之前只说 'builds and pushes',
跟新加的 vars.DEPLOY_PATH bullet 不对齐。补 'then optionally
redeploys ... (controlled by vars.DEPLOY_PATH)'。
