style: 统一三篇文章 front matter 格式

- 删 ai-engineer-map 首行多余空行(导致 front matter 不在第 1 行) - 删 https-journey 无效的 ShowToc/TocOpen(PaperMod 字段,Stack 主题不认) - 三个标题标点统一为全角中文标点
